And she has not troubled me at all. At three months, she knew her mum has a lot to do, and she is the sweetest person and I think for every mother their kids are sweet.

I went on and I did 'BFFs With Vogue' as well. It is a congested-ride, but I am enjoying every bit of it. I feel that when I can do it then any woman have a balanced life. All mothers have super powers to."

"Motherhood is an intense, dramatic, gratifying and humbling experience in my life. One minute, a baby can frustrate me with its antics, the other moment- melt me with innocence, smile and touch! That is just mesmerizing.

The fact that my baby brings joy not just to me and my husband but our family and friends is such a blessed and elated feeling!

Our experiences like having to stay awake through night tending to your baby, feeding, crying, colic, poop and other adjustments, is a dramatic shift in our life which is impossible without everyone's support.

My company supports working moms to balance their family and career commitments. I opted for a flexible shift post-maternity, which helps me balance my time with baby and work without impacting family time or career advancements.

I will admit that I require assistance instead of putting myself to the edge of sanity, frustration and exhaustion. We can't do it all alone...

I can't thank enough to my husband, parentsand extended family for assuring and supporting me in handling my baby while I work. We are all together in this.

In addition, a big shout out to my mom and all the other moms, who have done this before and help us keep sane and enjoy this beautiful journey of motherhood."

Dr Stella Susanne working FHPL Insurance shares her experience on being a mother and career woman, "It is definitely a blessing; I could proudly say that.

My little one taught me many things since the time I took her in my arms, I leant how to balance my work, how to be content and most importantly the value of a sacrifice, which has made me even stronger.

It makes me satisfied when I am spending time with my munchkin. It is difficult sometimes but her smile makes my day complete."
