Suspension may come into effect from Oct 1, the American financial year, which would be a major disappointment to H1B visa aspirants especially people belonging to Indian IT sector.
This is not only going to hurt new aspirants but it will also have a drastic impact on current H1B visa holders.
Everyone knows that US is the worst- affected nation from Covid-19 and unemployment is on the rising horizon and most importantly US presidential elections are in the offing.
