UK India Business Council, Hyderabad had organised an academic discussion meeting between representatives of more than 10 universities in UK with academic and educational professionals from Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: UK India Business Council, Hyderabad had organised an academic discussion meeting between representatives of more than 10 universities in UK with academic and educational professionals from Hyderabad. This meeting has facilitated mutual interaction and gave an opportunity to explore possible academic and research collaborations with researchers and academicians in UK universities.
Prof. G.A. Rama Rao, Principal School of Science and Prof. N. Seetharamaiah, Principal School of Technology, on invitation, have represented from GITAM Hyderabad. Universities such as Manchester Metropolitan University, University of ESSEX and many more Universities have evinced interest to collaborate with Indian Universities in UG, PG and Research programs and invite students to pursue part of their curriculum in Universities in U.K.
The discussions were very elaborate which provide scope for Indian students to get exposure to advanced research facilities in Universities in UK. Following this meeting GITAM, Hyderabad is in contact with some of these Universities to collaborate with programmes in Engineering, Science, Management and Humanities.
