Women's Scholarship programme date extended

The fourth edition of Santoor Women's Scholarship Programme announces the extension of their application window till 31st of August 2019. Girl students in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who have passed 10th and 12th grade from a government school/college and have enrolled in Government college degree programme are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting launched Santoor Women's Scholarship programme in collaboration with Wipro Cares in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in 2016. To apply online, students can go on www.santoorscholarships.com.

Every year a total of 900 students across the three states are offered scholarship to complete their graduation. The scholarship awards Rs. 24,000 per annum to every student and this amount can be utilized by the students for tuition fees and other expenses associated with their education. Since its inception the scholarship has benefitted 2700 women from these three states, who can now fulfil their dreams of becoming a graduate.
