Due to changing lifestyle and hectic work schedule, it is quite difficult to maintain fitness for everyone. Being in film industry, our daily routine is unpredictable. We are always uncertain about our plans. As you all are aware that I am trying to maintain my work-life balance as an actor as well as a college student. I equally contribute my energy in the fields of acting and in education. This zeal is the outcome of my daily rigorous exercise.
Traveling is an inevitable part of our career. But I am extremely cautious about my health and very passionate about exercise. Despite of the hectic schedule, by hook or crook I manage to do my exercise. It may be at 5:00 am or 10:30 pm. I make sure to keep the gap of twelve hours between consecutive exercises for muscle relaxation.
Not only exercise but I focus equally on my diet also. I usually avoid junk food and prefer tiffin with less oily and less spicy food. I am fortunate to have a lovely and caring mother who always take care of my diet. I am also fond of the delicious South Indian and Chinese food. I am also crazy for a variety of fruit juices. I make sure to hydrate myself with enough water intake throughout the day.
How can I forget about meditation? The trio of exercise, healthy diet and meditation is the key of healthy life. One must try to balance it. I believe that beauty lies in your soul and not in the outer appearance. Your innocent mind reflects your beauty and charm.
