Motorola lost its top place in the current mobile market because of its outdated features when compared to the remaining vendors like Realme and Xiaomi who are the top vendors in the mobile market in India for past few years . They are offering advanced features at reasonable price and benefiting a lot.
After the launch of these phones , Motorola has again entered into the market with new model of good features at low cost but the customers have not accepted and rejected the model.
The management is the major backdrop of the Motorola company because constant changing of management has affected their business , and let them down in the competitive world.
In order to meet customer standards it should work hard and think innovatively by launching advanced features to stand in the mobile market with effective management. I hope it will gain its previous position soon.
