4 batches of Hajis arrive in city
Telangana State Haj Committee (TSHC) Chairman Mohammed Masiullah Khan along with TSHC Executive Officer B Shafiullah welcomed the four batches consisting of 1,442 Haj pilgrims of Telangana State at Haj Terminal in RGIA, Shamshabad on Tuesday.
Hyderabad: Telangana State Haj Committee (TSHC) Chairman Mohammed Masiullah Khan along with TSHC Executive Officer B Shafiullah welcomed the four batches consisting of 1,442 Haj pilgrims of Telangana State at Haj Terminal in RGIA, Shamshabad on Tuesday.
According to officials, the flights landed between 2:25 am and 7:30 pm. They welcomed the Haj pilgrims at the airport and congratulated them on fulfilling their lifetime desire of performing Haj. Haj pilgrims appreciated the arrangements under the supervision of Masiullah Khan at Haj terminal.
They thanked Allah first for completion of the Haj journey then TSHC for providing knowledge of Haj journey in training camps. Later, the Haj Committee distributed 5 liters Zam Zam cans amongst pilgrims. The volunteers helped the Hajis in their luggage section and also guided for free parking available for visitors who came to receive their Haj pilgrims at Haj terminal.
TSHC members Abu Talha Amjad, M A Shafi, Mohammed Arifuddin and others were also present. On Wednesday September 11, three flights are scheduled to arrive at Haj Terminal RGI Airport in Shamshabad.
