BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar said that his party would extend financial assistance of Rs 20,000 to the victims of affected by the recent floods in the city.
Hyderabad: State BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar said that his party would extend financial assistance of Rs 20,000 to the victims of affected by the recent floods in the city.
Giving a few issues that are under consideration of the party's election manifesto for the GHMC elections, he said, "If BJP wins the Mayor seat, the party will ensure that the flood victims get Rs 20,000 as financial assistance." Besides, a comprehensive survey would be conducted to assess the loss caused due to the floods and to announce the much-needed relief to compensate for the loss caused.
Bandi Sanjay also said that his party, if voted to win the GHMC elections, would ensure that the civic body returns the fines it has forcefully collected from people slapping challans. Also, the party would fight for the scraping of the TRS government's Land Regularisation Scheme (LRS).
