Malkajgiri: Pastor of Durganagar church of Malkajgiri division John Paul distributed Christamas kits given by the Telangana state government to poor Christians on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, John Paul wished Christamas greetings to devotees and urged them to celebrate the festival with pomp and religious fervor. He expressed his happiness over the state government's initiatives for the welfare of Christians.
He thanked CM KCR for his efforts to develop the Christian community in the state. He said that they would pray to God for all round development of Telangana state. "If there is any government that is striving for the welfare of all communities, it is Telangana government," he said. Pastor Benhur, Satyam and others were present on the occasion.
