‘Dhoom Dham’ held by Praja Natya Mandali at Miyapur depot on 35th day of RTC strike

Serilingampally: State BJP Executive Committee Member Jnanendra Prasad on Friday called upon Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to revive and improve the public transport system by conceding the 'just' demands of the striking RTC employees.

He was speaking at the 'Dhoom Dham' programme by the Praja Natya Mandali at the Miyapur depot on the 35th day of the RTC strike under the auspices of the JAC leaders headed by Emani Vinayak Reddy.

Addressing the employees, Prasad claimed that KCR was deliberately making the RTC officials submit false affidavit to the High Court. He accused the Chief Minister of also 'cheating' the people, after having got used to doing so in the case of RTC employees. "The filing of false affidavits in the court exposed the CM's cheating," the BJP leader claimed.

Among those who participated in the programme were RTC employees Rajababu, Raju, Somayya, Kishore Babu, Prasad, J K Reddy, Bal Reddy, M R Reddy, Srinu, Sivaprasad , Rukmini, Padma, Kalpana, Bahujan Left Front activists Tukaram, Naik and student leader Murali.
