He appealed to the people to utilise the services. Organisers said 20 litres of water is being given for only Rs 5. Chairperson of Andole-Jogipet Kavitha Surender Goud, TRS leaders Linga Goud, Lakshmikantha Reddy, P Narayana, Srinivas, Ratnam Goud and others were present on the occasion.
