GHMC deaf to pleas over poor condition of roads
As recent rains lashed the city, there is no respite for Green wood county residents who are facing acute problems because of pathetic condition of roads. Residents find it challenging to travel along the road, especially during the monsoon, it has been noticed that there is no road for years.

S Chandra, a resident here said, "Nearly there are 20 apartments and most of them are young children and employees, who come back to their house at late night and find difficulties to travel here at the motar road. Complaints have been given to GHMC but till now there is no response."
R Raju, a resident, said "We are facing a lot of problems due to the bad condition of the roads especially in this monsoon season. The drainage water leaks and gets water gets stagnated, which generates unpleasant smell. It in turn is leading to health issues to the residents and people who travel by the path."
