GHMC mulls ways to shift street vendors
In order to streamline the traffic at various locations under Rajendranagar, a meeting was conducted on Thursday at the office of Deputy Commissioner GHMC, Rajendranagar, with members of Town Vending Committee (TVC).
Rajendranagar: In order to streamline the traffic at various locations under Rajendranagar, a meeting was conducted on Thursday at the office of Deputy Commissioner GHMC, Rajendranagar, with members of Town Vending Committee (TVC). The meeting held by Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Kumar, the members discussed various issue such as identifying new suitable places for the street vendors thereby helping the traffic to flow smoothly without inconveniency.
Issues such as inspection of places like Budvel, Indira Gandhi statue, RGK Lakshmi Guda, Anjaneya Swami Temple, Dairy Farm Cross Road, Rambagh Temple and backside of Durganagar bus stop came up for the discussions and they would be divided into green and red zones after inspection, informed J Upender, resource person, GHMC-Rajendranagar circle office.
