Osmania University, in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell has successfully initiated and completed the Green and Energy Audit of 53 departments as part of the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) preparation process on Thursday.
Hyderabad: Osmania University, in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell has successfully initiated and completed the Green and Energy Audit of 53 departments as part of the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) preparation process on Thursday.
A team of 210 trained NSS volunteers were deployed to conduct the Energy and Green Audit in the various departments of OU. The volunteers worked diligently to collect and analyze data related to energy consumption and sustainability practices and aimed to assess the environmental impact and energy usage of each department within the university
The Green and Energy Audit is an essential step in preparing for the NAAC assessment, which plays a crucial role in evaluating the quality and performance of higher education institutions.
