ICAI Chartered Accountants Day celebrated
The 70th Platinum Jubilee of CA Day was celebrated on Monday at the Hyderabad branch of SIRC of ICAI.
Hyderabad: The 70th Platinum Jubilee of CA Day was celebrated on Monday at the Hyderabad branch of SIRC of ICAI. As part of the Platinum Jubilee a Walkathon, CA flag hoisting, sapling plantation, blood donation camp and several other programmes keeping in view the importance of occasion was organised.
CA YV Bhanu Narayan Rao, chairman, Hyderabad Branch, thanked CA Devaraja Reddy, Past President of ICAI, & CA Adusumilli Venkateswar Rao, Past SIRC Chairman, Managing Committee members of Hyderabad Branch, Members and Students of the ICAI participated in the programme.
The 70th Chartered Accountants Day of ICAI was celebrated on July 1 across the country. July 1 is a landmark day in the history of ICAI as on this day ICAI was set up to regulate the profession of Chartered Accountancy in India in the year 1949. The CA Day was more special as the Institute has reached a significant milestone i.e. Platinum Jubilee of its glorious existence.
