Independence Day celebrated grandly in BJP office
Grand 73rd Independence Day celebrations were organised on Thursday in BJP office here under the leadership of the party assembly constituency convener Ravi Kumar Goud. Senior BJP leaders Ch Hanumanth Rao, Medchal district party president Madhavarm Kantha Rao hoisted the flag.

Addressing the gathering, Hanumanth Rao praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his bold step of scrapping Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir to bring the entire country under the purview of the constitution.
He claimed that every Indian was proud of Modi's administration, while praising Home Minister Amit Shah for introducing the Bill to scrap Article 370. Rao announced that the party would fight until the State government celebrates the Telangana Liberation Day on September 17.
Among those present during the I-Day celebrations were party activists Surya Rao, Suryaprakash Rao, Padmayya, Sridhar, Srikar Rao, Ravikumar Goud, Mallesh, Vinod and Vijeeth.
