Nacharam: ISR Leaders Club organised a social seminar entitled 'Empowerment & Rehabilitation of 100 Million Orphan & Vulnerable Children,' at St Pious College in Nacharam on Monday.

The main motto of ISR Leaders Club is to support orphan and underprivileged children. Its objective is to channel responsibility of the public towards the development of the society. The organisation launched Project HEL (Health – Education – Livelihood) to achieve the noble cause of serving the needy children of the society, said C V R Subudhi, the national president of the organisation.

The club marked its presence in the whole country by having 254 founder members, 143 life members and over 100 volunteers in almost every state and union territories of the country, according to Saumya Prakash Mishra, the national secretary of the organisation.

During the seminar, the organisers appealed to the audience to render physical, social and emotional assistance for the development of orphan and vulnerable children, and also help eradicate health, education and livelihood issues of the children.

The club opened a chapter at the venue to enhance public interaction and involvement in the city for the noble cause. Also, the founder and the life members of the city were felicitated and recognised as social leaders at the event.
