Jaya Nagar residents resent GHMC apathy
The locals of Jaya Nagar Colony are seething over the road which is teeming with potholes and makes a ride on the stretch quite unbearable. Though several representations were submitted, civic authorities are not bothering about this issue.

As the situation has remained same for the past two years, and the residents are vexed by the apathy of the officials of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to this issue. Local corporator's promise to fill all potholes in this year is yet to take shape, flay the residents.
Sathya, a private employee, said, "Because of using this road our backbones are hurting and there have been traffic jams frequently for the last two years." Naveen, a drummer, said, "we have taken this issue to the notice of Kukatpally municipal office but in vain. Civic authorities must act to repair the road as soon as possible."
