Local issues studied by officials at Malakpet
Following the instruction of Malakpet MLA Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala, Mohammed Saifuddin, a representative of Old Malakpet division corporator Juveria Fatima, along with GHMC officers, conducted a tour of Old Malakpet division.

The inspection was started from Moonlite School area to Ahdiya Amreen Masjid lane via Housing Board Colony, CIB Quarters, AbuBakar Colony and surroundings of Old Malakpet along with GHMC assistant engineer, entomology & medical team. They inspected the roads which were damaged, damaged manholes, sanitation issue etc. They interacted with the locals on several issues and asked them about the problems they face in area.
Later, Shafiuddin and the engineering wing inspected the works of box drain and started the works with a sanctioned amount for Rs 40 lakh near Pochamma Temple in MCH Colony under Old Malakpet division. They instructed the officials to complete the works on given time.
