MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy seeks donations for temple
Local MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy on Sunday urged people to contribute to the development of Ganesh temple in Rudraram, while addressing the gathering on the concluding day of the three-day Sri Panchamuka Anjaneya Swamy Sameta Sri Shiva Pratishta Mahotsavam.

Swamy Madhavananda Saraswathi attended the 'Yantra Pratishta', 'Avahita Devata Pooja, 'Moola Mantra Homam,' 'Gartha Samskaram', 'Shravana Nakshatrayukta Kumba Lagnam', 'Vigra Pratishta' and 'Baligarana Poornahuti.'
Reddy said there was a need for launching more development works at the temple. He announced that soon construction of a 'Kalyana Mandapam', choultries for devotees, 'Annadana Satram', 'Bojanasala', Goshala, Satynarayana Swamy Vratha Mandapam would be taken up with the cooperation of donors.
Among those present were zilla parishad chairperson Manjusri, MPP Sushma, ZPTC member Supraja, Sarpanch Sudhir Reddy, former MPP Srisailam Yadav, ex-Sarpanch Venkanna, former Endowments chairman Ramesh, TRS Mandala Committee President Byagari Pandu, MPTC members Hariprasad Reddy, Manne Raju and EO Mohan Reddy. They performed special pooja to the deity.
