Hyderabad City Police on Tuesday house arrested the Goshamahal BJP MLA T Raja Singh after he announced his intentions to go to the communally-disturbed Bhainsa mandal in Nirmal district and deployed large number of police personnel at his house to avoid any untoward incident.
Hyderabad: Hyderabad City Police on Tuesday house arrested the Goshamahal BJP MLA T Raja Singh after he announced his intentions to go to the communally-disturbed Bhainsa mandal in Nirmal district and deployed large number of police personnel at his house to avoid any untoward incident.
Earlier Raja Singh on Monday in a video message had announced his plans to go to Bhainsa and visit the houses of the members of a particular community. Reacting on his house arrest Raja Singh condemned the police action to prevent him to go out of his house.
Earlier on Sunday several persons were injured and property damaged when two groups clashed in Bhainsa. Police imposed prohibitory orders to bring the situation under control.
