Habsiguda: The Lakshmi Narayana Colony Welfare Association submitted a memorandum to MLA Bethi Subhash Reddy at his office here on Monday seeking solution to various problems in the colony.
They said being a low-lying area, drainage has been overflowing into houses. People of about 250 houses are facing hardships and falling sick due to this issue. They urged the MLA to take necessary steps and to provide a permanent solution.
Among those who met the MLA were Surender Reddy, Venkatesh Yadav, Venkat Reddy, Ramulu, Mallikarjun and Upender.
