Selected TRT candidates protest for postings

Lakdikapul: The candidates who were selected as teachers in Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) staged a protest in front of the office of Commissioner of School Education here on Monday, condemning the delay in their recruitment. In 2017, TPSC conducted TRT and short-listed as many as 8,792 candidates but it failed to give them appointment orders so far, they lamented.
They warned the government that they have no other option but to commit suicide if postings are not given and that they would intensify their agitation if the orders are not given in the next 15 days.
