Stray dog menace in Kompally

Kompally: Locals living in the internal areas of Kompally have been facing stray menace for the last few months, which has of late worsened. The locals allege that the population of stray dogs has increased rapidly in the last few months and there has been no satisfactory help from the GHMC to curb the population.

G Naresh, a local, said, "People can't get out of their houses after dark as the dogs attack whoever they see coming walking. Locals have now started to take stick and stones with them while going out in the dark for their safety."
