A student was dead on the spot and another injured after a lorry rammed into their bike here at RTC crossroads on Friday morning.
A student was dead on the spot and another injured after a lorry rammed into their bike here at RTC crossroads on Friday morning.
The two victims were going to college when a speeding lorry mowed down them. Passersby informed the police who registered a case. They seized the lorry and arrested the driver for being negligent and claiming the life of a student.
Meanwhile, the police shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for treatment. A probe is on.
On Thursday evening, a car rammed into a road divider and turned turtle at Jubilee Hills check post. However, the driver escaped unhurt in the accident which occurred KBR park-Jubilee Hills road.
