TSRTC JAC holds protest rally in Old City
The RTC JAC on Tuesday held protest rally and formed Manavaharam (Human Chain) from Falaknuma to Farooq Nagar bus depot in Old City.
Falaknuma: The RTC JAC on Tuesday held protest rally and formed Manavaharam (Human Chain) from Falaknuma to Farooq Nagar bus depot in Old City. Hundreds of employees took part in the protest rally and later, employees also held sit-in protest at Farooq Nagar Bus depot and raised slogans 'Save TSRTC'.
They also resorted to sloganeering against KCR led TRS government and demanded to resolve their long pending demands. JAC Leaders, Sabeer, M Shanker and TS Rao said they would continue with the strike until the KCR government agrees for their genuine demands and to Save RTC, they would intensify their agitation in coming days.
The leaders also received support from political leaders. State Youth Congress spokesperson SP Kranthi Kumar participated in the protest. Kranthi Kumar said since the last 11 days, RTC employees were on strike and Chief Minister should himself take initiate and invite the RTC JAC Leaders for talks and resolve the issue.
