Explaining the delay, Ramana Reddy, a local resident and a volunteer in lake cleaning, shared, "Due the current RTC strikes, his visit to the lake might create a ruckus as the Boduppal locality has two major bus depots and around 2,000 employees work there." The leader was coming to Raa Cheruvu to meet the locals and address their problems to understand the issue at the lake he had also called all the civic officials to the lake.
