Shaikpet: Hyderabad MP and AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that the voters will do surgical strike on BJP, on December 1. Addressing a public meeting in Shaikpet on Friday, he said that BJP was coming out with all kinds of issues to create communal rift for winning the GHMC elections, but the voters in Hyderabad were smarter and would teach a lesson on the day of polling.

Leaving no stone behind, AIMIM party is looking for winning more seats in upcoming civic polls. With only 2 days left for the polls, candidates as well as the party's prominent leaders are trying their best to win all the seats (52) it is contesting.

After the ugly turn with communal battleground in campaigning for civic polls, Asaduddin Owaisi and party's floor leader Akbaruddin are leaving no stone unturned and holding campaigns in different parts of the city. For the last 8 days, Owaisi brothers along with candidates have been holding door-to-door campaigns, massive road shows, public meetings etc.

The MIM chief is holding paidaldaura and public meetings in areas like Moghal Nagar, Karwan, Mallepally, Nampally, Erragadda, Shaikhpet, Puranapul, Ghansi Bazar, Kurmaguda, Chowani, Bholakpur, Golconda, Jambagh, Redhills, Moghalpura and Akbarbagh. He interacted with locals and said that the problems would be solved and explained to them the development activities grounded in the irdivisions. Meanwhile, Akbaruddin conducted a massive road sow in Nampally, Chandrayangyutta, and held paidaldaura and public meetings in Bholakpur, Hafez Baba Nagar, Kanchanbagh, Bandlaguda, Chandrayangutta, Barkas and other areas.

Majlis is also using social media in a big way and has released some videos explaining about the developmental works and asking voters to choose their symbol kite.
