Zonal Commissioner tours colonies to study issues at Malkajgiri
The new Zonal Commissioner of Secunderabad, B Srinivas Reddy, toured several colonies in Malkajgiri circle, along with deputy commissioner T Dasharath, on Friday. Earlier, GHMC staff welcomed the new commissioner and felicitated him with garlands.

The Zonal Commissioner visited RK Nagar, Neredmet, Mini Tank Bund and other areas in the circle and inspected sanitation works and cleanliness of roads. He instructed officials to ensure that the roads were clean without any garbage beside the roads.
He advised the officials to see that the complaints regarding sanitation were resolved as early as possible. A sanitation worker, Sarangam submitted a memorandum requesting the commissioner to take his son in his place as he was suffering from illness for the fast few months and his leg was amputated. Responding to his request, commissioner instructed the deputy commissioner Dasharath to initiate necessary measures.
