Gooty: Gates Engineering College hosted an anti-ragging awareness programme where Gooty Circle Inspector (CI) Narendra Reddy urged students to stand united against ragging.

Interacting with students, CI Narendra Reddy stated that ragging is not fun, but a harmful practice that destroys self-esteem and self-confidence.

He emphasized that campuses should foster friendship and encouragement rather than fear.

College Correspondent VK Padmavathamma, Director Srivani, Managing Director Raghunatha Reddy, Principal Dr Namrata, Administrative Officer Imtiaz Basha, and Anti-Ragging Committee In-charge Shivayya attended, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to maintaining a safe, zero-tolerance environment for all students.
