Toll-free number for Parayanam participants
The executive officer said that Lalitha Sahasranama Parayanam and Hanuman Chalisa Parayanam would be recited on the festival day (April 6) from the wee hours (from 3 am to the next day 3 am) continuously.
Vijayawada: Sri Durga Malleswara Swamivarla Devestanam Executive Officer V Koteswaramma said on Thursday that devotees who wish to participate in Lalitha Sahasranama Parayanam and Hanuman Chalisa Parayanam on the auspicious Ugadi festival day should enrol themselves through toll-free number 18004259099 or information centre.
The executive officer said that Lalitha Sahasranama Parayanam and Hanuman Chalisa Parayanam would be recited on the festival day (April 6) from the wee hours (from 3 am to the next day 3 am) continuously.
She further said that as part of the Ugadi festival Pushparchana will be held to the goddess with a variety of flowers and the devotees who wish to participate in the Pushparchana programme may contact the toll-free number for more details.
Meanwhile, Seer Swami Paripoornananda of Sree Peetham, Kakinada visited Goddess Kanaka Durga Temple on Thursday. The seer was received by the temple EO. He performed special pujas in the temple.
