Challenges in IT Industry discussed 

A seminar on `Upcoming Challenges in IT Industry’ was organised at Sri Durga Malleswara Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala in the city on Thursday. Speaking at the seminar, PVSS Gangadhar, District Informatics Officer of Rayagada, Odisha, said IT professionals are much in demand in the cyber era.

Highlighting the abundant employment opportunities in public and private sector companies in the country, he exhorted students to focus on acquiring advanced computer skills to get better placements.

They should be industry ready to face the upcoming challenges in the IT sector with confidence, he said. Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala principal T Vijayalakshmi and faculty members were present. BSc final year students attended the seminar.
