Students pay homage to Uri martyrs

Students of Sri Durga Malleswara Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala took out a rally in the city on Tuesday condemning the Uri terror attack. They raised slogans against terrorism and secessionism which posed a grave threat to the unity and integrity of the nation.

Earlier, the students paid homage to Uri martyrs. They observed three-minutes in silence in memory of those killed in the terrorist attack on Army base. College principal T Vijayalakshmi, student union convener Padmaja Devi and faculty members also participated in the rally.
