`27.3 cr loans disbursed at Janmabhoomi
As many as Rs 27.3 crore worth of loans were given to beneficiaries under Mega Grounding Mela held at Sri Venkateswara Anam Kala Kendram here on Thursday. Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai, MLC Adireddy Appa Rao and Commissioner V Vijayarama Raju issued the loans to the beneficiaries.
Rajamahendravaram: As many as Rs 27.3 crore worth of loans were given to beneficiaries under Mega Grounding Mela held at Sri Venkateswara Anam Kala Kendram here on Thursday. Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai, MLC Adireddy Appa Rao and Commissioner V Vijayarama Raju issued the loans to the beneficiaries.
Kapu Corporation, disbursed Rs 3.95 crore worth of loans to 210 units, from BC Corporation Rs 7.13 crore to 351 units, from SC Corporation Rs 7.15 crore to 367 units, from ST Corporation Rs 3 lakh given to two units, from Minority Corporation Rs 15 lakh to eight units, from Medara Corporation Rs 44 lakh to 22 units, and the Self Help Group bank linkage disbursed Rs 5.20 crore to 143 units, from Chandranna Scholarships Rs 99 lakh given to 8,311 beneficiaries and Rs 1.9 crore given to 3,238 beneficiaries as interest free loan.
All the loans were given as part of Janmabhoomi Maa Vooru programme. The corporation officials and others were present at the event.
