Speaking on the occasion, Nageswara Rao said that mechanical engineers would get continuous opportunities irrespective of the market, but they should upgrade themselves to the latest technology available in the industry. “The mechanical engineering students have great openings not only in India but also abroad,” he assured and advised the juniors and senior students to be friendly with each other and said that the relation in the college brings best opportunities in their career.
He appreciated the second year students for organising the freshers day and congratulated the students who performed in the cultural programmes. The college principal, Dr Kilari Veeraswamy handed over prizes to the winners in the cultural programmes. The principal of QIS Institute of Technology, Dr CV Subbarao, HoD of mechanical engineering Dr Y Sesharao and other teaching and non-teaching staff also participated in the celebrations.
