Students apprised of new tech in construction field
A one-day seminar on ‘Chemical Admixture and Repair of Concrete Structure’ was held at Sir C R Reddy College of Engineering at Vatluru near here on Friday. The Civil Engineering wing of the college and BASF jointly organised the seminar.

BASF Technical team marketing head M Mohan Rincon Tyagarajan and Andhra Pradesh unit sales manager Y Umacharan Varma explained on the new technologies in the construction sector to the civil engineering students. They interacted with the students on the special concrete manufacturing, concrete structures’ repairs and water-proof methods.
The educational institutions president, Kommareddy Rambabu and secretary NVK Durgarao presented the mementoes to the BASF technical team. The college principal, G Sambasiva Rao, Civil Engineering head C Ramesh Datt, Prof R Haranath Babu participated in the seminar.
