tdp1Hyderabad: Former minister and founder of All-India NTR Fans' Association, Sripathi Rajeshwar (73) passed away while undergoing treatment for kidney ailment in NIMS, on Sunday. He was elected thrice to the State Assembly from Sanath Nagar constituency in Hyderabad and served as a minister during the tenures of TDP founder-president NT Rama Rao and N Chandrababu Naidu. Rajeshwar was associated with NTR even before he had established the party. He is survived by two sons and a daughter. The body has been shifted to his residence in Marredpally. A number of politicians including Congress MLA Daggubati Vekateshwar Rao and TRS politburo member Shravan were among those who called on the bereaved family. According to the family members, the funeral will take place on Monday at Bansilalpet, Secunderabad. TDP president Chandrababu Naidu and film star-turned politician Nandamuri Balakrishna condoled the former minister's death.
