Inter Examination Schedule Revised. The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has changed the time table of Intermediate annual examinations following Holi festival.

The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has changed the time table of Intermediate annual examinations following Holi festival. Originally, Mathematics-1, Botany-I and some other exams were scheduled on March 17.
Since Holi will be celebrated on that day, the exams of March 17 are postponed to the next day i.e. March 18. As a result, the other exams in the following days have been deferred by a day accordingly. With this, the exams which should end on March 24 will now conclude on March 26, according to a revised schedule of the Board.
The theory examinations will commence from March 12, 2012. On March 12, the first year students will have to take English Paper I instead of second language and on March 13, English Paper II, will be conducted for Senior Inter students. The second language paper I for Junior Inter will be on March 14 and Paper II for Senior Inter on March 15.
All exams will be held from 9 am to 12 noon. All examinations will end on March 29 and the results are expected to be declared in just one month.
The practical examinations will be conducted from February 12 to March 4.
“Public Examinations schedule is prepared keeping in view of the national level entrance examinations to be conducted in 2014,” Ramshankar Naik, Secretary of the Board said.
