Hyderabad: Questioning the timing of Digvijay Singh’s visit, the APNGOs described his visit a ‘bad omen’.
Speaking to media persons at APNGOs bhavan, the Association president P Ashok Babu felt that this was perhaps the first time in the history that a bifurcation bill was brought in a war plane.
He asked as to why the AICC general secretary and AP in-charge Digvijay Singh failed to visit the State during the time of cyclone. “His current visit reflects the Congress frustration in trying to handle politics of State,” he said.
However, the leader expressed confidence that Bill would not be tabled in the Assembly and Parliament. He hoped that the all the MLAs from Seemandhra would send a negative report to Delhi.
