Hyderabad: The Director General of ACB, AK Khan addressed the media and said their team has been carrying out snap checks at various places to dig out the corruption involved in RTA department. He said at as many as 7 places, the raids went on by now.
He said all those who are held responsible for the corruption will be dealt in accordance with the rules.
He said in the year 2013 alone, as many as 334 trap cases, 21 cases of disproportion of assets have been registered.
He warned the officials and the private people supporting the officials of dire consequences, if found guilty. He said the team has been working sincerely to dig out the corruption in the department.
