Hyderabad: The Minister for Tourism & Culture, Archaeology & Museums, Vatti Vasanta Kumar, while addressing the house on Thursday said the Telangana draft bill is against the spirit of the constitution of Republic of India.Vatti said in case of state bifurcation, Seemandhra region will go back by 50 years. He said he finds no answer why the union government is moving steps ahead without considering the opinion of majority of the members. Vatti said the centre has no think about for the opinion of the majority of the members.
