After one week break, the state assembly began at 9 a.m. on Monday. Despite many speculations, the scene inside the assembly remained the same. The leaders of YSRCP surrounded the speaker’s podium demanding voting for keeping the state united.

Counteracting the YSRCP leaders move, the Telangana MLAs also surrounded the speaker’s podium and chanted Jai Telangana slogans. From the other side the speaker rejected the notices submitted for the adjournment motions both by TDP and YSRCP. As the Speaker was left with no other option, the house was adjourned for half an hour, immediately after the commencing on Monday.
