Cong pushing Kiran as Jagan graph is plummeting

Hyderabad: Getting into a combative mood, Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday alleged that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy had derailed the debate on T Bill in the Assembly as part of the game-plan devised by the Congress high command.

Charging Kiran with being hand in glove with the high command, he said that the AICC was now worried that the graph of YSR Congress Party was plummeting, and hence it had scripted a new drama to see that Kiran Kumar Reddy would adopt a more belligerent stand and emerge as a champion of Seemandhra region so that it can at least get some votes in that region. At a press conference here, he said Kiran was sincerely following the instructions of 10 Janpath from the day the Bill was tabled.

As part of the Congress strategy, he said the Chief Minister and the Speaker connived to deny him a chance to speak on the T bill. Naidu said he wanted to speak before Kiran made his first speech but the Speaker told him that he would be given one hour time after Chief Minister spoke. However, Kiran pushed the House into turmoil, thereby denying him a chance to record his views.

Naidu said he would be going to Delhi next week most probably on Monday or so and would meet the President Pranab Mukherjee and leaders of all national parties to see that nothing was done in a hurry so as to avoid any injustice to the people of Seemandhra.
