Second batch of anchor training begins at HMTV, HMTV, Kaushalya School of Life Skills, Anchors. K Ramachandra Murthy, Editor-in-Chief, HMTV and The Hans India, gave a pep talk about nitty-gritty of the profession.

Hyderabad: The HMTV and Kaushalya School of Life Skills on Saturday launched the second batch of ‘Anchors & News Readers Training Programme’ at HMTV Studios. Participants were enthusiastic and excited. RV Prasad, anchor and news reader, Sakshi Television, the chief guest, advised students to adopt a positive attitude to be successful in the chosen profession.

Prasad urged the students to enjoy all aspects of life so that they can hone a positive mindset. He urged them to realize the requirements of present-day anchors and gear themselves with suitable knowledge and skills.

K Ramachandra Murthy, Editor-in-Chief, HMTV and The Hans India, gave a pep talk about nitty-gritty of the profession.

First batch trainees Narasimha, Kiran, Hemanth, Rajani and Sujitha, explained their experiences and narrated on how they gained from it.

Bal Reddy, Director (Training), Kapil Group, explained the difference between knowledge and skills and the need for the trainees to improve skills to be successful in their career. He detailed the efforts of Kaushalya in imparting need-based training, with focus on practical orientation.

Kiran, HMTV anchor & news reader, while proposing a vote of thanks, called upon the trainees to make the best use of the programme to realise their dreams for a dynamically vibrant career.
