It is evident that Kiran Kumar has been strongly opposing the Andhra Pradesh state bifurcation, the decision made by the Congress Party high command. In the same issue, he wanted to meet the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee. Kiran Kumar Reddy got president’s appointment for Wednesday.
