The Minister in the Indian Council of Ministers, Balram Nayak on Sunday said that not even a single inch place under Bhadrachalam division will be spared to Semandhra region. He said they will oppose the inclusion of Polavaram flood affected areas in Seemandhra region. He said, if necessary, the dam height may be lowered and by opting design changes.
