Hyderabad: The state government of Andhra Pradesh has taken a critical decision in YS Jagan’s disproportionate of assets case. The government has stated that no IAS officer is blameworthy in ibid case and said no personal benefit has been achieved by them.

The state government has even clouted the allegations made against them that they have issued the GOs by sideling the rules. These IAS officers who are issued with clean chit include - B Shyam Babu, Adityanath Das, M. Samuel and Muralidhar Reddy.

The state government has given permission for prosecution to other IAS officer BP Acharya in EMMAR case. The decision is yet to be taken in Lepakshi Knowledge Hub case. The prosecution of Venkatrami Reddy in Ramky Pharma case has also been pending.


The question that arises in everyone’s mind is that once the ministers are not involved, executives are not involved, how can Jagan alone involve in corruption. The entire thing is yet another political game. Isn’t it?
