BC Welfare Minister Baswaraju Saraiah's statements prove this. Giving credit to KCR for Telangana state, Saraiah said that they are preparing to accord a grand welcome to KCR at Shamshabad airport.

Before leaving to Delhi, the TRS chief had made a statement that he will return to Hyderabad in Telangana state. The Congress minister praised KCR saying the TRS had indeed kept his word of returning to Telangana state.
Meanwhile, KCR is expected to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi today. Sources say that KCR will make an official announcement on the merger after meeting Sonia.
