According to sources close to Kiran, the new party will be named as Samaikyandhra Party and will take birth at temple town Tirupati.
To take stock of the political situation in Seemandhra and prospects of starting a new party, Kiran will hold another round of meeting with some of the Seemandhra ministers, MLAs and MLCs on Monday evening.
He will also meet expelled Congress MPs and the leaders of various Joint Action Committees from Seemandhra on Tuesday. After that, he will leave to Tirupati where he is expected to announce his new party on Wednesday in a public meeting.
Sources also said that the flag of the new party will have the map of Seemandhra with the image of Telugu Talli on it. Telangana will not be included in the map, it is learnt.
