Hyderabad: K.T. Rama Rao, a TRS MLA more aptly known as KTR said that the party will consider alliance with Congress Party, when asked if an alliance was on the cards following AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh’s statement.

He said alliance between parties takes place when there exists a mutual understanding, common goals and mutual belief. He said alliance may be possible with Congress Party if all these three are met out. Further, K Keshava Rao committee will look into the matter, said KTR.
KTR dismissed the Congress Party’s claim that they gave Telangana. He said it was TRS who forced them to give Telangana. He was sure that the TRS would have the support of the people in forming the first government in the newly carved state - Telangana. He said TRS was supported by the people for last 13 years. Hopefully, they would continue to support further as people consider TRS as their own party, added KTR.
